We are looking for an experienced, Colorado-licensed real estate professional to join our team as a Part-Time Transaction Coordinator (TC). This role is ideal for a licensed Colorado agent who has personally handled real estate transactions in Colorado and understands the contract-to-close process from firsthand experience. We need someone who can do more than follow a checklist. You should be able to work independently, think critically, anticipate what needs to happen next, identify missing information or potential issues, and keep transactions moving without needing constant direction. The position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as transaction volume and responsibilities increase. You follow up before something becomes a problem. When an unusual situation comes up, you investigate it, communicate clearly, and help determine the best path forward. Compensation & Growth $400 per successfully closed transaction.
