I am seeking a special housekeeper and tasker who would be available for the following duties: Phase 1: Due to a family departure in my home, there will be 3 rooms in which the occupant and furniture will be leaving. So this will be the time for a good house scrubbing: wood floors, bathrooms, all woodworking (wood trim and cabinets), kitchen (microwave, oven, cooktop and refrigerator). I understand this probably will be a multi-full day job. We can negotiate price for your services. Phase 2: Thereafter, normal cleaning probably on a bi-weekly basis. Maybe you can also clean the small front porch area - I'll most likely do the patio and pool area. Phase 3: Because I will now be alone, I would like someone who would be available, and I can depend upon, for other types of general tasks and errands. I will be as flexible as possible so we can negotiate a price, time and conditions for all these items and phases. I am also contemplating the possibility for a live-in housekeeper or similar type arrangement, especially if you're a good cook...well maybe just a regular cook will do.
