Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:-Set Up and Operate CNC Vertical Milling Centers according to job orders and specifications-Select and install tooling, fixtures, and upload program-Read and interpret blueprints-Perform first piece inspection and in process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment to confirm that parts meet specifications-Make adjustments to machinery as necessary, minor troubleshooting-Responsible for running up to two machines at a time. Can expect to perform 1-5 set ups per day depending on job orders-Ability to work in a fast paced, team environmentMust Haves:-CNC Set Up Operating experience with Vertical Milling Centers-Blueprint Reading-Quality Inspection using Micrometers, Calipers, and Gauges-Experience with Fanuc controlsPluses:-Experience Setting Up and Operating Haas VMC’s-Ability to edit programs-Experience with G and M Codes-Experience working with CNC machines with up to 5 axisMachinery-Haas VF-2 Vertical Mills-Haas VF-5 Vertical Mills-DMG Mori CMX 1100 Mills-Okuma Mills and Lathes-DMG Mori NVX 5100, 7000 MillsYou should be proficient in:CNC ToolingG-CodeM-CodeCNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverMachine Setups for Production RunsMachines & technologies you'll use:CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Haas, Doosan, Fanuc)MultimeterCNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas, Doosan)Vertical Lathe
